Refunds, Returns and Exchanges Policy

CANCELLATION

Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled or amended.

RETURNS

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OF LINGERIE DUE TO HYGIENE REASONS, HOWEVER IF THE PACKAGING IS UNOPENED AND UNDAMAGED THEN WE ARE ABLE TO EXCHANGE THE ITEMS FOR YOU. ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED NEW, UNUSED AND WITH ALL LABELS AND LINGERIE TAGS STILL ATTACHED. RETURNS THAT ARE DAMAGED, DISCOLOURED. WASHED OR ALTERED WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND RETURNED BACK TO YOU.

Please note SALE ITEMS are non refundable under
any circumstances.

*You are solely responsible for covering the shipping costs of the return items. For security reasons we recommend all returns are posted signed for or tracked. We accept no responsibility for returning items during the shipping process.

REFUNDS

Refunds can only be granted If we deem the product to be faulty. If you believe your product to be faulty please contact us at orders squeezysky@proton.me with the order name, number and problem as soon as possible. All refunds will be processed within 7 working days of reviewed outcome. Faulty postage fees are only covered up to £3.99. Should you wish to return your goods with a postage fee higher than this amount – this will be covered by the customer. We only cover postage fees for faulty goods only.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are only valid in exchange for the same item in a different size. Please note exchanges may take between 1-2 weeks to be completed and dispatched.
